Spring Clean-Up

Our seasonal clean-up keeps your property neat and refreshed while promoting plant health and a polished finish from top to bottom. We remove debris from lawns, beds, and paved areas, edge and weed shrub and mulch beds, and haul away all waste.

Mulch Application

Bark mulch is a versatile and beneficial addition to any garden or landscape that enhances the aesthetics and the health of planting beds. Key advantages include holding moisture and nutrients for plants, reducing weed growth rates, and making spring flowers pop! This organic material helps regulate soil temperature and enriches the earth as it decomposes. Choose your preferred blend and have our expert crews apply!

Pruning

We carefully trim to promote growth, remove dead or damaged branches, and enhance the overall appearance of your landscape. Before we begin, we meet to discuss exactly what you’d like done, and the plan can be adjusted as the season progresses.

Weekly Mowing

Our turf maintenance service runs May through October and includes weekly mowing, string trimming lawn edges, clearing loose clippings and debris, and blowing down walkways, porches, and driveways. Your lawn is mowed each week on the same day, with timing adjusted for weather to maximize efficiency and let you know when the crew will be there.

Fertilization Program

Our fertilization services are performed by a licensed pesticide applicator and can include one or all of the following applications: spring fertilizer with crabgrass control, early summer fertilizer with broadleaf control and grub prevention, summer fertilizer with surface insect control, early fall fertilizer, and late fall winter fertilizer with lime. We meet with you to assess the specific needs of your property and determine which treatments are best for your lawn.

Bed Maintenance

Our bed maintenance service runs April through October with monthly visits to keep your planting beds neat and healthy. We handle weeding, deadheading, and debris removal, and can customize a plan to match your property’s exact needs.

Lawn Renovation

Our lawn renovation service restores thin, patchy, or damaged turf. This process can include aeration, overseeding and topdressing. Your renovation will be tailored to the needs of your turf as assessed during the estimate appointment.

Fall Clean-Up

Our fall cleanup service includes the removal of all leaf debris from lawns, parking lots, shrub areas, and mulch beds to keep the property tidy and prepared for winter. If applicable, annual flowers will be removed and disposed of off-site. Mulch beds will be raked out, and perennials or ornamental grasses will be cut back as needed to promote healthy regrowth in spring.

Pruning

Pruning is essential for keeping trees, shrubs, and ornamentals healthy, safe, and looking their best. Regular pruning removes dead or damaged branches, encourages new growth, and helps plants maintain their natural shape. Winter pruning, done while plants are dormant, is especially beneficial—it reduces stress on the plant, allows for better visibility of the structure, and sets the stage for strong, healthy growth in the spring.

Irrigation Turn-On

In the spring, usually in May, we turn on your irrigation system to get it ready for the season ahead. Our team checks all zones, inspects for leaks or damage, and adjusts sprinkler heads for proper coverage.

In-Season Maintenance

Throughout the watering season, we provide regular maintenance to keep your system running smoothly. We can also come out and make adjustments when you notice something is not working properly.

Winterization

As the season winds down, we prepare your irrigation system for winter with a full shut-down and blow-out service. By clearing out water and protecting lines from freezing, we prevent costly damage and ensure your system is ready to go again in the spring.

Hydrawise Controller

With a Hydrawise smart controller, your irrigation system is always at your fingertips. Connected through Wi-Fi, it automatically adjusts watering based on local weather to save water and prevent overwatering. You can set schedules, monitor water use, and even get alerts about potential issues—all from your phone, tablet, or computer—making it the easiest way to keep your landscape healthy and efficient.
