It’s also when the first round of fertilization begins, an integral step for turf growth and health throughout the year. Everything gets pruned and tidied for the new season, and we finish with a fresh layer of mulch spread across the property, giving it a clean, polished look right out of the gate.
Lawn Mowing & Bed Maintenance
Throughout the spring, summer, and early fall, our teams make routine visits for mowing, bed maintenance, pruning, and fertilization. This consistent rhythm of care is what keeps the lawn and planting beds looking sharp and healthy all season long, rather than just at the start and end of the year.
Seasonal Color Installation
To keep the property feeling fresh and in step with the seasons, we install seasonal color throughout the year. In the spring, that might mean rows of pansies, and in the fall, guests will notice mums taking their place. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference in how alive and cared for the property feels year-round.
Fall Cleanup
In the fall, our teams perform a fall cleanup tailored to what the property needs. This typically includes leaf removal, cutting back ornamental grasses, trimming shrubs and hedges, and giving the lawn one last mow before winter. This work protects the plants and sets them up for the best possible start come spring.
