Did you know...

At Egan Landscape Group, every Google review carries real weight. In an industry driven by referrals and reputation, a 5-star review is more than just a rating—it’s a direct reflection of the pride, professionalism, and consistency our team brings to every project. We know those reviews are earned through hard work, attention to detail, and the relationships our crews build with each client. That’s why we make it a point to celebrate them. Each 5-star review is shared with the entire team and recognized as a collective win, because we believe that kind of feedback deserves to be acknowledged at every level. We also take it a step further by rewarding the individuals behind the work—team members mentioned in reviews earn bonus points that accumulate throughout the quarter and are paid out as part of their bonus checks. It’s our way of reinforcing a culture where great work doesn’t go unnoticed, and where appreciation is given just as strongly as it’s received.

Employees of the Month

Adrien Acosta - Employee of the Month

Adrien

Plymouth

Although new to our team this season, Adrien has already made a major impact through his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow. No matter the task, he shows up ready to improve, support his team, and take on new challenges.

Completed and passed our Plant ID Test — a major accomplishment we take great pride in at Egan Landscape Group.

Adrien was also recently promoted to Foreman, a role he has stepped into naturally through the leadership qualities he demonstrates every day.

Congratulations, Adrien!

Mark Nelson - Employee of the Month

Mark

Mashpee

Mark joined the Egan family through our acquisition of Briggs Landscape Construction in Mashpee and has already made a lasting impression. His ability to adapt through a major transition, and do it with a smile, has been truly remarkable.

Proud to recognize Mark as the very first Employee of the Month from our new Mashpee location!

Mark consistently brings positivity and kindness to the workplace every day, encourages those around him, and makes every day better for both his team and our clients.

Congratulations, Mark!
